How I Ended Up On The Front Page Of Reddit
How Razmig ended up on the front page of Reddit with a joke, a quick photoshop, and a mysterious trending monolith.
Razmig & His Random Cameos
Razmig has appeared in some incredibly random pieces of media…here’s a collection.
Working in Radio - Part 1
Between 2010-2012 I made over 400+ videos and brought in 20+ million views on a local rock radio stations YouTube channel…a lot of that content is lost in time and this is my effort to reclaim it.
Working At The Onion
I was fortunate to have landed a gig at The Onion in 2009-2010, as a graphics intern and production assistant. Here is a list of some of the projects I had the pleasure of working on.

Razmig joins Twitch!
I’d be lying if I told you I figured out Twitch a while ago, and just haven’t made the time to stream…but the truth is I couldn’t figure it out. Onboarding to Twitch doesn’t seem complicated at all, creating a profile is easy, navigating the site is also relatively easy…but in this day and age when you can go live on Twitter, Instagram, and really most social platforms with the tap of a button and your mobile camera, that didn’t seem to be the case with Twitch.
The Value of Gifs: Constant Content Conversation
Finally. After hours of slaving away trying to get it right, I was finally able to add an animated gif to the “index” of my bands website…this was in 2002. It’s now almost 2015, and gifs are back in a way I could’ve never imagined. Whether we need to show the sheer awesomeness of snowboarding on a mountain ridge, or how awkward my date was, gifs have become a way of communication.
Legacy Content and Viral Videos: My 2015 YouTube Strategy
During my break from production, I spent a lot of time professionally working in content operation and digital strategy. I soon realized this strategic aspect had been missing from my own channel. I decided to write and produce again for myself, only this time with a more-studied approach. I crafted a channel strategy based on the Hero, Hub, & Hygiene framework and began posting new content on January 1st, 2015.
