When I was a teenager, I was heavily obsessed with everything coming out of the San Diego Pop Punk scene. One band that was absolutely crushing on mp3.com and the original GarageBand.com was Nothing To Lose. I became the unofficial historian of the band and went-so-far as to travel from Boston to Carlsbad to meet in person. Below you will find a playlist of all their music available online and a blurb:

Nothing To Lose was a Pop Punk band from San Diego, CA. Nothing to Lose was formed in 1998 by three high-school friends (Brandon Gonzalez, Johnny Upton, and Jon Jameson) in the area of San Diego.In '99, Evan White joined the band as a rhythm/lead guitarist. After Jon Jameson parted ways with the band later on that year, Brandon took over playing bass. In July/August of 2000 they recorded their first self-titled CD EP. Later, they released a 3 track EP...and eventually split in 2003. Their influences consist of bands like Blink-182, MxPx, Millencolin, and Homegrown.
